Alpha Courses at St Michael’s
St. Michael’s has run a number of Alpha courses over recent years. Alpha is a highly successful course designed to be a practical guide to the Christian faith. It was started at Holy Trinity, Brompton, by Nicky Gumbel and it aims to tackle key questions people have about their faith, whether they are complete beginners or they would like to explore their faith more fully: pointing the way to an authentic Christianity that is exciting and relevant to our world today. The courses are usually run in the church and include a shared meal, a talk and time for discussion afterwards.
